Once both samples have been collected and secured, they are ready to be sent back to our laboratory for analysis. Read the following instructions carefully. These steps will guide you on how to package your samples and send them back to us through a pre-paid DHL service.
PLACE TUBES IN BIOLOGICAL SAMPLE BAG
Locate the biological specimen bag. Place each collected specimen in the absorbent bag separately and then place both specimens in the biological specimen bag and seal securely. Return the bag to the original box.
For local (Malta) customers:
You need to drop off your samples at our laboratories, where they were picked up from.
You can call us in advance on +35622580200 or go to the main reception at the Life Science Park (LS2.1.12 – LS2.1.15), San Gwann, SGN 300, Malta. Show on map on Monday to Friday between 09:00 to 17:00.
For international customers:

- Kindly follow this link: https://mydhl.express.dhl/mc/en/schedule-pickup.html.
- In the section ‘Do you need to create a shipping label?’ Please select ‘No‘ followed by ‘I have a DHL waybill number’, and insert the waybill number (10 digit number) available on the return package you have.
- Proceed filling out the rest of the online form and selecting your preferred pickup location, date & time.
FedEx
- Close the box and place it in the FedEx UN3373 Pak.
- Request pick-up of the sample. Call your local FedEx according to the below numbers.
- Provide FedEx with your address and postcode.

Results
Once we have received your samples in our laboratory, it will take around 3 weeks for you to receive your results. Results are sent to the email address that you used to register when purchasing the kit.
When you have received the results, you will notice remarks from our microbiota expert with every graph that is included in the final report.
Consultation
The email containing your results will also include a link to book an appointment with our microbiota expert. Click the link and select the day and time best for you to discuss your report and the expert’s recommendations.
If you have chosen to have a consultation with a nutritionist, you will also receive instructions on how to book your session.
