We offer a refund and/or exchange within the first 30 days of your purchase, if 30 days have passed since your purchase, you will not be offered a refund and/or exchange of any kind.
Eligibility for Refunds and Exchanges
- Your test kit must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
- The test kit must be in the original packaging.
- To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
- Only regular-priced test kits may be refunded, sale test kits cannot be refunded.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace test kits if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it, send us an email at [email protected] and send your item to The Bio Arte Diagnostic Laboratories at Life Science Park (LS2.1.12 – LS2.1.15), San Gwann, SGN 300, Malta.
Late or missing refunds
- If you have not received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
- If you have done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please send us an email at [email protected]
- You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your test kit.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
- Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
